Second Arch Cape Forest Access Discussion
Wednesday, April 5 from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM PST via Zoom:
The advisory team, facilitated by the National Parks Service, invite the public to join and discuss the priority public access uses within the Arch Cape Forest and Rainforest Reserve Properties.
This discussion will feature a conversation led by Paul Atwood, ODFW's North Coast District Biologist around the impacts of hunting on the forest and surrounding communities.
Additional conversation will focus on other priorities identified during the March 30 meeting. Which you can read about below. These will likely include the impacts of E-Bikes usage in the forest, as well as other historical activities which took place on the site, such as foraging and dog walking, and how the impact of these activities on the water supply can be minimized
