Clatsop County Public Works Oregon Parks & Recreation Ocean Shore Permit Application: Public Works is proposing to remove the rusted pylons at the Carnahan Road public access point, which protect the metal stairway. They will replace the pylons with stainless steel tubes detachable from the concrete pad if needed for future repairs.
