Land Use Board of Appeals opinion: Anvil Rock Rd

On April 18, the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) handed down its opinion on the appeal of the Smith speculative road appeal filed by Oregon Coast Alliance, the Arch Cape-Falcon Cove Community Club and Stuart Sandler. LUBA remanded to Clatsop County for further work on wetland and flooding issues.
